Jim Eady – When it comes to Broadcast Sports he has been described in a word.."Legendary"…. If you haven’t met Jim, you probably have heard of him.  Jim’s roots are primarily technical in nature, but he has proven to be one of the most dynamic businessmen this industry has seen.  This notion is backed up by his ownership in four broadcast related companies, BSI, BSE, RF Wireless, and Sure Connect.  Jim has been a key figure in 18 Olympic Games which have earned him 8 Emmy Awards.  Jim has contributed and is on the Board of Directors for the broadcast program at Canadore College.  These achievements have made Jim a great role model and mentor for his colleagues, friends, and family alike.  Meeting Jim you will quickly understand that his success has hinged on his relaxed, friendly approach to people, his love of the television business, and his “get it done” work ethic.

Shea Eady – Born and bred into television and having worked in remote sports production since attending Sheridan College Media arts program, have given Shea seventeen years experience despite his relatively young age.  His resume includes 9 Olympic Games, having worked for Host Broadcaster, CBC, and NBC Olympics.  Shea has a well rounded list of experiences which include Audio, Camera, Robotic Camera, Engineering Maintenance, Cable Crew Chief, Production Manager, and Technical Producer.  Shea is also a manager and partner of Broadcast Services International where daily managerial and budget decisions are made.  This, together with his ability to recognize and communicate what is needed, enables Shea to get things done efficiently.  

Locke Eady – As the youngest partner in the BSI group, Locke has not let his age get in the way of playing a key role in the management team.  Since graduating with honours from Mohawk College for Broadcasting Television, he has not looked back.  Currently, Locke heads up BSI’s ever growing Rental and Airpack Division. With 12 years in the business already, he has been exposed to many different areas of the broadcasting industry.  He already has a total of 5 Olympics, numerous World Cup Down Hills, Cross Country Championships, Snowboarding Championships, along with countless televised golf tournaments.  In all of these events, he has played a lead role in the preparation, installation and execution of the technical requirements.  Locke has the understanding and knowledge to implement plans and make them a success.

Brooke Eady – Beginning her television career at an early age as a residential cable installation contractor, she has learned much about both the technical aspects, in addition to the management components of the television industry.  At present, Brooke is a Partner and President at Broadcast Services International, where she has assisted in developing the company since 2003.  She brings her previous corporate experience in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, and Entrepreneurial Coaching, to round out the BSI team.  Brooke completed her studies in Human Resource Management at McMaster University, with honours.  She is a member of Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO).  She has achieved the status of CHRP Candidate and will be completing her designation.
